1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "77sh" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino platform operated at 77sh.cam, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account with 77sh and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 77sh platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Age Verification Process

77sh reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, PRC ID, PhilSys national ID, or SSS/GSIS ID. Players who fail to provide satisfactory proof of age within the required timeframe may have their account suspended and all winnings withheld pending resolution.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 77sh platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses contained therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 77sh is not liable for any losses arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information. Provision of false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77sh login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), or any other account authentication details with any third party. 77sh will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 77sh is required to complete identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 77sh platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. 77sh accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, as well as other methods listed on the Platform from time to time.

• Deposits are credited to your 77sh wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• 77sh does not charge deposit fees on the Platform side; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 77sh bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited to 77sh must be your own and must not originate from criminal activity or unauthorized use of another person's payment account. 77sh reports suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
• 77sh reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where required by applicable regulations.
• If a deposit is made in error or via unauthorized access to a payment account, you must notify 77sh immediately. 77sh will cooperate with relevant financial institutions and authorities to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse erroneous transactions.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 77sh wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any Bonus funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed during Philippine banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day.
• 77sh reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts. During such checks, processing times may be extended.
• In cases where 77sh has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, 77sh may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

77sh offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to its Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77sh platform — including bingo, slots, live dealer casino games, mines, and WL Live color game — operate under specific game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept those rules.

• All random number generator (RNG) slot and instant games on 77sh are supplied by certified third-party game providers and have been independently tested for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained human dealers in professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are not subject to software manipulation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77sh platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the 77sh platform;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use;
4. Colluding with other players in any game category;
5. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform;
6. Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any criminal offense under Philippine law;

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77sh, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors beyond 77sh's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures;
• The content, accuracy, or legality of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the Platform;
• Decisions made by Players based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77sh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination

77sh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass identity and age verification (KYC);
• Suspicious transaction activity that requires investigation;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Determination that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus balances and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of deposited funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If termination occurs without cause at 77sh's discretion, we will return verified real-money balances through your registered payment method after any required investigations are completed.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77sh platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction. As a PAGCOR-authorized platform, 77sh is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77sh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent in-platform notification, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect for existing accounts.

Your continued use of the 77sh platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
